I could not sleep and decided to cook and shoot again. This time I attempted to make Mac & Cheese, a recipe courtesy of King Fish restaurant.
I modified the recipe by using a cheddar jack blend in lieu of Velveeta.
I tried the it, however my stomach was unable to handle all of the cheese, however my brothers thought it was tasty.
